So where are we at on the court case dealing with LeVan's deal with the Eisenhower property and his sneakiness at trying to obtain it for the purposes of putting a casino in it? Is anyone aware of the status of the situation?

With everything else going on, figured I'd bring this up and refresh everyone's memory at how he tried to sneak in the backdoor on this from the beginning. If this gets shot down or held up, his application on April 7th is null and void,…

The bill that brought casinos to the state in the first place and how it was handled, at night and behind closed doors. The haphazard way it was put into action with really no thought to certain entities, such as our historic sites, no protection for them.

I just got finished reading the LeVan's Financial Spigot blog. I listened to Bob Durgin's show today.

Are we reaching the masses? This latest info about LeVan's recent financial contributions, basically buying his way into the hearts of our legislators to better secure his shot at a license....the disgustingly biased poll just released...the misleading information on the Mason Dixon website....even our own governor doesn't get it!

I can only hope and pray that…

How many more days till this turkey is out of office? I'm sorry. I know Susan always says take the high road, but when it comes to Ed Rendell.....can't bring myself to do it.

It's closer to the Maryland border than to Gettysburg? We've clocked out the distance from the Park to this new location....have we clocked out the distance from the proposed site to the MD border? Just curious. I haven't seen any numbers on this…
